I am a graduate of associate in office administration from Systems Plus College Foundation in Angeles City, Pampanga. I’m excellent in using Microsoft word 2007, Excel, and PowerPoint. I can type accurately as fast as 50 words per minute. I’m excellent in English communication skills, oral and written. I’m a hardworking person, can work under minimal or no supervision at all. I have worked in a BPO industry for almost three years. I was employed at iQor Philippines Inc., which is one of the multinational companies in the world. Its main office is located in New York, USA. I was a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in one of the leading telecommunication companies in the US. As a CSR, I was responsible in dealing with all calls politely, courteously, professionally & assertively. I had to understand the customers’ needs through effective listening and questionings skills. I had to match their needs to Clients’ products and services, used negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain the customers’ buy in. I had to communicate relevant information to internal and external customers and sharing learning with colleagues, and also I had to adhere to agreed processes, meeting required work standards, targets and objectives.
