Calculator 3 Day Trial with Email Collection Needed

I have a basic piece of software that I offer to customers, which is a free bet calculator.

I am looking to be able to offer this as a free 3 day trial that:

* Will ask for the users first name and email address upon registration

* This adds them to an email list (I currently use [url removed, login to view] ??" a 1&1 shopping cart skin as my email database/autoresponder service) and adds them to an autoresponder that will automatically send them emails. If this could be done via [url removed, login to view] it would be a bonus.

* Allows users to use the software for 3 days and then expires.

Note that I have source code that makes the 3 day trial bit work (Previously programmed by a programmer from Rent a Coder)… however I need it to also grab the email address and add it to an autoresponder and email list. Please see zip file to view the source code for the calculator (and 3 day trial version).

This has to be done with 2 different brandings of the calculator in the form of 2 different headers, easy job. (See pictures in zip file). The functionality would be identical, just different branding.

If you can do the above ??" Please feel free to bid.

There are also extras that I ideally would like fulfilling (If they are possible?!):

Extra 1 ??" Make the software MAC compatible.

Extra 2 ??" Make it not come up with a security warning message everytime you use the calculator (Please see image in zip file)

Extra 3 ??" Make a minimise button for it.
