Copy tumblr theme to wordpress

I need a custom WordPress theme.
It should be a copy of a Tumblr theme - the CSS can easily be copied, but you'll still need to know wordpress ;-).
I want the option to run widgets which tumblr doesnt support. At least not this theme.
Also, this is a photo blog, and you should incorporate a lightbox that allows for a text caption as well as standard WP features. Some minor icon design might occur but we might be able to find those somewhere - ?
The theme should be named after my website.
I consulted a programmer friend who said that the design is so simple that it should be in the 30 - 250 usd box.
