Wordpress design and logo - simple but professional design

I need some design work done on a wordpress site. The site is run as a job board, based on a theme from Woo (free) but you are free to choose another theme to build it on, potentially one that is lighter/ whiter. The site is is simple and this simple layout should be kept - it's basically just the front page and the individual job pages that the site consists off. THis is why I set it to a 250 max, but if you mean this is worth more, let me know and I will change the amount - if justified ;-) I need a great logo as well that works well with the rest of the site. I'll leave it up to you to present a suggestion or two as far as design and logo go (I'm horrible at this myself) but the site is Formula 1 related and if we could hit the same "feel" and expression as other F1 sites, it would be great. The references were for the graphic elements. Do you have any suggestions for putting some "life" into the web site? Some moving graphics etc?
