My website at [url removed, login to view] is dead slow. From the ranking using both pingdom ([url removed, login to view]) and google page speed insight ([url removed, login to view]) the site is nothing to write home about.
I want developers who can test with given tools (and more if they like but the site MUST receive good results from these two tools), come up with a detailed plan, and give a One-time-pay quotation.
I also want a re-themeing of the site to the mockup attached here. But i want a separate quotation for each, so that if we later choose just the former (which is top priority) we will pay for that alone. The project is expected to begin by next week after assessment of your responses.
