i am sure this is a simple task.? i need to be able to auto-fill forms with a few select fields (name, address, and a couple others) on an adobe file.? it will save me lots of time filling out individual fields because most are redundant.? it is a contract that i would like to be able to have all forms auto-filled on the document provided i have the basic info.? can someone please help?? thanks!

the form is approx 8 pages long...
it always gets autofilled the same info (name, address etc) in the same place. for instance i want to be able to type the clients name one time and it auto populates in all the places i need the clients name to be without having to re-type it.
it is a standalone document with no outside database connection. it is a standard legal contract but is redundant on a few basic fields of information (name, address and one other). the fields are currently manually input by a secretary but is exhaustive and time consuming.
there approx 16 fields that all need either the name or address of clients. is there a way i can type it once and populate to the corresponding fields? thanks!!
