We need a module in ASP.NET w SQL Server -- version(s): 2005

We need a fully functional module with

1. backend

2. frontend Input page

2. frontend Results (table+google maps)

3. frontend Details of the location (input from backend+google map)

It is for a search for exchange offices

meta title, keywords, etc described in attached file

The wording must be in Croatian (more info provided in brackets in the attached doc)
