Database/autoresponder for website(repost)

Addition of database / autoresponder to current website.

Aim is to get feedback from enquiries.

## Deliverables

I have 3 websites for holiday accommodation.

I require a script or something to run daily to send out automatic emails 2 days after initial enquiry, asking for how they rated the service so far, if booked and if not was there a reason why not? Would they be interested at another date.

Response to update database

If they did book then

2) 2 days after end of stay another auto message asking for feedback, How is accommodation. what is good, what is bad, what could we do to improve. How was holiday overall, location of accommodation etc.

Store fields

website, Name, email, date of enquiry, start date of booking, end date of booking, booked (Y/N), why not stayed (free text), stayed(Y/N), comments (free text).

I will need to be able to update emails
