I need an old PHP CMS migrated into Joomla component(s) and Module(s).
This includes both the administration for managing the data as well as the front end for displaying the data.
You do not need to create the Joomla site, You do not need to create the Joomla template.
I need you to do the migration and the front end coding that is necessary to insure the font end looks the same as the old site but just with a newer back end running off of Joomla.
I need this ASAP (delivery on 09/01). Budget is only $150
