I have an existing website (a game on Facebook, though no Facebook experience is required for this project) that has grown to the point where I need to hire a support person. To do this I need an adminstration front end so the support person can manage the game without having to log into the database directly. This will include functions such as updating points, adding/removing game items, etc.
This project will be a front end written in PHP sitting on top of a MySQL database. The database schema is fairly simple. This is a backend admin site that only me and other admins can see so it doesn't have to be pretty, just useful.
## Deliverables
The work should be done on my dedicated servers. I have a web server and a database server. You will be provided a username/password for my development server and database to code/test on.
It would be helpful if you had a Facebook account and familiarized yourself with the game. It is "Scavenger Hunt" on Facebook. It can be viewed at: <[url removed, login to view]>.? This will help explain the various functions of the admin screens.
All code MUST be well documented.
It must be very configurable; the username/password, server config, database strings, etc. must all be in config files. No hard coding!
