I need someone to develop a blog site with me.

Main function will be normail:

such like:

Login, email auth, image upload, content manage (I already had the content management tools) , diary, message board. etc..

You should be very good at php+Mysql, Strong Javascript and CSS Knowedge.

I will provide all the graphic layout and function in detail. also, I divided all php library and already builded Database which we will work together to make it work.

This project should deliver in a tight schedule and you require to work with me thru MSN and report to me very often.

I will provide a schedule (a reasonable schedule) for you to follow.

The Development will be on our server and connected to database. each jobs I will assign a deliver day (for example, a layout with login and email verify process, I will give you a folder and path to work with. you should write the [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] etc.. and complete within a assigned time (lets say it should finish in 2 days ) and after 2 day you should have the function to finish.

I will pay you for monthy base. detail data will be provide after I choose the winner.

I prefer the coder at least finish 5 projects and good rank in RAC. New bidder will not be consider.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

you will work under our server. DB structure and FTP account will be provided after winning selection.
