Database-driven Navigation Menu (PHP/MySQL)

I'm under a heavy workload, short on time and need this done ASAP, so if you're an exceptional programmer with extraordinary turn-around time, please read on!

I need a dynamic database-driven [vertical] navigation menu system with unlimited sub-level possibilities. It must be done using PHP, MySQL and Javascript.

Configuration settings should be stored in a MySQL database and configurable through the browser. I should have the ability to create "styles" for top-level and sub-level menu items, which should also be stored in the database. I presume you could just create two 'styles' tables, one for top-level and one for sub-level menu items and have it auto increment the id for each table when a new 'style' is created.

Animation is not required for this project, but it may boost my consideration if including it would be fairly convenient and not a hassle.

**I need the ability to:**

**1.** Modify font type, size, color, weight and decoration.

**2.** Modify background color, border color, cellpadding and cellspacing of top-level and sub-level menus.

**3.** Modify top-level and sub-level menu items seperately (title, link/url, menu placement)

**4.** Ability to use relative positioning (I must be able to paste the code in the HTML and have the menu display where the code is placed).

**5.** Ability to select which 'style' to use for top-level and sub-level menu items (individual styles for top-level and sub-level menus).

**6.** Complete managment over the menu through an 'admin' interface, including the ability to add/edit/delete new menu items and select whether a menu item is a submenu of menu item [x], where [x] would be whatever the name of the menu item is that I select.

Do not worry about authentication (already have that done) and aesthetics aren't too important since I'l be changing it to match my layout, but it should still look organized and professional in a simplistic way.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
