affiliate page foreign exchange

I need someone to create an affiliate page for this site. I assume how it works is either I am promoting thier site or I will have my own that links to them. Really I am a little unclear how it works and will need help from someone that would be patient in helping me out. I have signed up at

I chose the revenue sharing plan. I am guessing I need a site that will drive tons of traffic to the main site. Basically I want signup customers and I get them for the life of their membership. reaccuring revenue.

I must target the correct audience, have tons of traffic and SEO, good marketing. They provide me banners and some other things. I have a domain registered at [url removed, login to view] at the moment.

Please if you understand this affiliate program I am looking for someone to help me out and to do what it takes to promote the site so i get signups and reaccuring revenue.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I am using windows vista 32 bit ultimate. Would like it compatible with the most common of browsers.
