Main System admin can create feedback forms for multiple companies, who all have their own login to their own admin section. each company will get a link like: [login to view URL] for their main form, and if a company has created 'subforms' it will create links like: [login to view URL] example: [login to view URL],%20your%20staff%20is%20both%20positive%20and%20polite,%20and%20made%20our%20stay%20very%20pleasant. by using an 'include' function (or include the flash file) they would be able to show this form on their own website. company can use different options to link to this feedback section like show in the graphics here: [login to view URL] Most important are that the company admin can see the Stats of the feedback. like this: [login to view URL] IF activated by Main system Admin. all feedback entered by visitors will: 1. be visible by the company in their admin section. 2. can choose to have each feedback send to one or more email addresses. 3. send message to mobilephone (maybe you can prepare this, or later on when we add a gateway) Please place your bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
