Airplane Propeller Flash Animation

This is a very small, quick project for my small budget. Bid accordingly. Please turn my poor quality JPEG logo into a nice Flash animation by spinning the propeller (on the 'M' in Maintenance) in a clockwise fashion. The animation should wait for two seconds before starting, and then build-up to approx one revolution per second over a period of four seconds. Loop at one revolution per second forever. Bonus points if you want to get creative and add some shadows, smoke, etc.
## Deliverables
Submit two files- #1, exactly like the attached JPEG, and #2 your creative interpretation of our logo (optional). Submit one HTML file which displays these files having a WIDTH of 700 pixels (or can the width be determined by screen size, since it's vector-based?)
