We are looking into designing and running a lotto site in which people selcect 6 numbers and a bonus number. Prizes start from 3 balls to all 7. Once the user has selected all 7 ball they then have to click on an advertsiers ad(This is where the cash comes from to payout the winners) The site must have a great admin panel in which the admin and change advertisers, prize payouts and other important information. I would like to see previous work and maybe a basic layout of the intened site before bidding. This is to ensure that you are a seriuos bidder.
## Deliverables
Complete and fully-functional working site. The site must be able to be maintaned from an Administration panel.
## Platform
PHP coders only please with my an MySQL Backbone! Must work on both MSIE 4+ and Netscape 5+ The site will be running on a Linux Redhat 7.2 server.
## Deadline information
