Custom Outlook Plugin

I'm looking for a basic MS Outlook plugin which will be used to download files to a user's computer. Depending on the login of the user, one or more files might be downloaded.

The following needs to be implemented:

1, Plugin in Outlook which implements menu item "Get My Files"

2, When "get my files" is clicked, the plugin should connect to a web server and authenticate (username/pass stored locally in registry).

3, Web Server will prepare list of files and pass back to plugin. The files will vary based on username.

4, Plugin will download the files.

5, Username/password settings form should be implemented as part of plugin on "GetMyFiles Options" page.

The connection to the web server must be proxy-aware as this plugin is designed for use in corporate environments.

We're looking for a good Delphi programming team for more ongoing work. If this sounds like you, please bid on this test project and let me know some extra details about your team.

Update: Just to be clear - the bidding is for the Plugin, not the web-based part of it. In order to prove it works, a simple stub web application in either PHP or c# will be fine.

We will work through exact requirements/deliverables before accepting the winning bid.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
