Convert from C to VB (only part of a program)

I need someone to convert a portion of some math based C# code to VB, or to take the C# code and make it a .dll that I can call certain functions from VB. This should be very easy for any experienced and smart C# coder. The source is from a complete program, but I only need a few functions converted. These functions deal with unique file signature generation and have UUEncode/Decode opperations and is either C/C#/C++. I would like to work/speak with the coder on MSN/ICQ/AIM/Yahoo to make sure this goes as easily and quickly as possible for both of us. More Info: I really only need the 'MakeDatFile' and the 'GetHash/32' functions either in VB or as a C .dll that I can call from VB to a) generate the Hash & Signature of a given file and b) call MakeDatFile to generate the .dat file, dont worry about file paths, as I have already configured them in VB.. is it possible to compile that source to see the program in action? I just need the parts if you go to 'Calculate Signature for a File' (most important) and also the part where you can type a Signature in, and have it produce the .dat file. I am guessing that those 2 parts are the 2 functions I described above..
