Code Revision - Record Sets and Combo Box Recursion - Quick Job

I just need to do something with this code I have. i need to make this one combobox populate with two columns of a database table in access, and also if one column has no value to put a value in its place and then concatenate it to the other value. I also need to title each case of this combobox code differently so the pages are specific.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
