diet iphone app

We are looking to develop an iphone app to record nutrition in a simpler way while tracking symptoms and allergies directly to their diets. We have detailed wireframes covering each screen - it is just a matter of implementation. It is just manual data entry and results display. ## Deliverables - Enter in food, portion size, time and date - The ability to take a picture of your food for later documentation -archive all of the meals entered, up to several hundred, for future viewing. -The ability to enter in up to 10 symptoms (ie bloating, stress) on a sliding scale from not all to severe. -Ability to display results in an easy to read grid per wireframes -The ability to scan a barcode and interpret the result using one of the existing bar code scanning apps. (optional) -Standard terms of service with additional "this is not meant to be an app to diagnose any health related issues..." we will provide verbage. - Login. -An admin page where we can view and document all the inputs from users - this would ideally be a PC interface. We will share all of the wireframes after initial bidding but all major components are described here. For now, it is ok if it iphone only.
