Hi guys, We are looking for a conference receptionist. Some one with a pleasing personality, who can registrar delegates at the venue and issue them their respective name badges. Location - 4 * hotel in Central London, Knightsbridge Dates 14 & 15 October Tentative times - 8:30 am to 5 PM. You will be required to sign in about 60-70 guests each day. we will prefer some one who has a similar experience or an Operations background. Good spoken English is a must, any other known languages will be added be an added advantage. Person should be professionally dressed and look presentable on both days. Free 4 star lunch - Tea/coffee would be provided on both days. All the best ! Parry

Hi I am very interested in the conference reception role you have here in London. Living in London (very close by to Knightsbridge) ensures that I will have no issue in getting to the venue. I am also available for the full 2 days needed. I have many years of experience in event management in a sales and marketing capacity and have also held my own various training seminars for over 200 people. At ease with dealing with people and completely understand the requirements of the role. I would ensure that everyone obviously is signed in appropriately but also informed about the day with a brief overview while also passing on information about the venue.
