Customised Facebook FAN/Business page plus fans

There are two parts to this project: 1.) To create a customised fan page/business page based on my branding with newsletter sign up form and clickable links to my social networks and website and clickable links to my event booking system (eventbrite) if possible with Design, implimentation, creation, etc. Must understand Facebook's rules, regulations and API We are then looking for someone to get us 12,000 Facebook Fans within 2-4 weeks after page has been setup. ALL Fans MUST be from UK and they must work in some capacity in the financial services industry, i.e financial advisers, paraplanners, investment advisers, pension advisers, life insurance sales, pension advisers, etc etc etc. For this project you must meet these requirements: - All fans must be real people with active facebook pages (no fake accounts) or accounts at risk of being suspended. I have a good knowledge of Facebook and have been using it for years. I know fake or real accounts. - All fans must have more than 40 friends and a minimum of 3 photos - All fans must be age 23+ yrs of age. - All fans must have status updates that go back maximum of 15 days IMPORTANT: - You will only be paid 30 days after you've completed this task to ensure the 12,000 fans remain. - Any fans that leave within the 30 days must be replaced, or you will not be compensated. - You will be paid only for fans still active after the 30 days. - You must stick to good, ethical practices for inviting fans (Facebook account must not be banned and must be kept active). You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted. - A brief overview of your method in your bid is necessary. Experience building Facebook fans is a must. Please provide previous fan pages you have worked on. Proof of prior work is compulsory, esp. with references. The added Fans must meet these requirements: * All fans must be real people with active facebook pages (no fake accounts) or accounts at risk of being suspended soon - NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO SPAM! 2.) Facebook GROUP members - Same criteria as the above but with only 1 difference: # Need to achieve at least 3,000 members If you want to apply, send 3 examples -- links -- to your previous designs of FACEBOOK pages. Again, to re-iterate the importance of this. 1) All fans & group members must be real people...NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO SPAM! 2) All fans & group members must be from UK and must be in the financial services arena 3) All fans & group members must have at least 40+ friends or more and 3 photos or more 4) All fans & group members must be aged 23 and above 5) All fans & group members must be active - have real status updates IMPORTANT: 1) You will be paid after 30 days after project delivery 2) You will be paid only for those fans that remain active after 30 days 3) Any fans that are suspended in that time period must be replaced, or will not be paid for 4) You must not acquire these members in a way that will get the page banned or suspended. Please use only good practices for inviting fans (Facebook account must not be banned for your actions and kept active). You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted 5) Again, all fans must be unique and real accounts 6) WE WILL NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT IF THE PAGE IS SUSPENDED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY When bidding please let me know: URLS or previous fan pages you have involved before. Please quote me how fast you can deliver the signups and a brief overview of how you intent to do this.
