Civil Engineering Recruiter help is needed

Hi there, I am a civil engineer with 8 year experience in construction of concrete structures, infrastructures like oil terminals and welded above-ground tanks, large scale concreting and bulk earthworks. I am new here in Australia so I don't have any local experience and I think this issue make it a little bit difficult to find a right job despite of my previous hands-on experiences. Now I need a professional Engineering Recruiter (located in Australia only) to help me through this way. What exactly I need is: 1. Reviewing my covering letter and resume and editing them if needed 2. Finding positions which suit my skills and experiences 3. Arranging interview with potential client 4. Preparing me to interview through face to face exercise (using skype or ooVoo) at least for 20 minutes before each interview I prefer to find a job as soon as possible however the duration of this co-operation will be 2 month. (This is not a part time job offer nor a full time one) The full price will paid when all above process ended up to a secured job . Otherwise the half of it will be paid.
