Small city tiles needed (Overhead view)

Hello all, I'm looking for some city "tiles" to be created for use with my new game project. I need them to have a dark, apocalyptic feel and include a random mix of stuff (buildings, trash cans, wreckage, etc, etc.) and to be designed with this stuff on the "edges" with a space in the middle for the street name and stats to be displayed. The viewpoint should be from "overhead" meaning as if you were directly overhead the city tile in a helicopter, and they should be able to be displayed next to each other and have them look ok. Total Size: Around 150x150 pixels each tile. The style can be fairly detailed (good quality pixel art) and not cartoony really. I need around 15-20 of these made. My budget isn't huge so please do not bid crazy high. Winning artist will get more work for sure.
