Adobe Illustrator - Create banner (stylized map) for printing and indoor display

I am looking for an Adobe Illustrator professional to create banner design. The banner will be 3x2.5m in size and therefore needs to be in the vector format for correct printing at 300dpi.
There are a few banners that need the design I will describe the main one:
The banner will contain a stylized map of shopping centre and surrounding area. I have shopping centre in good vector quality in pdf so this will need to be traced in Adobe which reduces the amount of work.
The work needs to be done over Saturday and Sunday with final delivery on Monday-Tuesday to allow time for printing.
