Currently we are streaming few online TV channels in One TIME ZONE . Now we are planning to broadcast those channels in different Timezomes like EST, PST, CST etc. We are using both Flash Media server and Windows Media services to stream in both FLASH and Windows media players.

So I need some one help who had good experience in streaming industry to implement this task.
