We are in the business of developing new circuit breaker technology but require contract manufacturer's with certain ISO and UL requirements to build our circuit breakers. We need a standard Manufacturing Requirements document to issue to any of our contract manufacturers so that we know that our expectations are being met and that we meet the requirements of UL. Things of concern are the manufacturing company requirements, the facility requirements, what certifications they have, equipment test fixtures, critical to quality identifiers (six sigma), and other quality assurance measures. We have already started this document and have created the skeleton but need help in defining things we don't know about. Someone with six sigma experience and manufacturing experience is a must, someone with US-based electrical product manufacturing experience would be an extremely nice-to-have.
