Connect 4 ADS130E08 ICs to arduino using Serial SPI interface

The goal of this project is to provide 32 analog inputs using 4 ADS130E08 ICs that can be connected to an arduino using Serial SPI interface. This project would require designing, building and testing the prototype. Each input needs to be tested such that at least 4000 samples per second can be captured simultaneously on each of the 32 inputs. The deliverables for this project are: 1) Prototype. 2) schematics that can be used to create PCB. 3) arduino code to read all 32 inputs.
