Need to design emergency module able to recharge NiMh/Nicd batteries.
When the AC/DC line is up batteries are recharged, fast charge mode, trickle is required.
When line is off, the batteries will supply power to a load.
Must be able to charge from 3 up to 36 NiCd batteries.
