Asterisk migration to CISCO IAD2400

Dear Freelancers, we have (01) ASTERISK box doing TDM to VOIP translation for (01) Siemens Hipath using E1 (ISDN) connectivity. So, extensions from SIEMENS pbx can dialout to SIP "world" using that box. Unfortunatelly we are facing strange problems, like simens E1 card being inoperated etc. So, i am planning to configure this CISCO IAD2400 to substitute our Asterisk Box. We need someone to configure this CISCO , creating SIP peer and DialPlan to match the asterisk routing configuration.
