Build traffic to LinkedIn blog posts with a targeted audience

I would like to build relevant traffic to posts on LinkedIn by a specific author. The author publishes 2x per week and currently has views of 300 on average. The author has over 1200 connections on LinkedIn. I would like to build relevant traffic and views to the posts. Relevant traffic would be from people in the marketing, PR, communications and advertising industry. You cannot simply build traffic to the authors page on LinkedIn as this will not count towards post views. The traffic needs to drive post views, and do this over time. Objective is to increase views to 3000 per posting. You are not accountable for 'likes' because this will depend on content but optimally traffic will convert to 10% likes of the post also. To be successfully chosen for this project you will need to: - Share to me a project where you have achieved a similar outcome; - Describe how you will achieve these objectives - Describe how we can consistently achieve these views with new posts (for example a system where I can enter the URL of the latest blog post and steps are taken to drive traffic to that URL) - Describe how you propose to charge me for this project. Initially I would propose we work to drive 3000 views minimum to 2 posts per week over 12 weeks.
