Model stress build up in asphalt concrete specimen

An asphalt concrete specimen 150mm long, 76mm wide and 38mm high is glued on the 150 x 76mm side to two plates with a gap of 4.2mm between them. On plate slides 0.63mm in 5 seconds. I want to investigate the change in stress and force on the specimen if the gap is 2mm, 4.2mm, 10mm and 50mm. The material can have a stiffness of 3600MPa.
The stress is described in more detail in the attached standard.
