ArchiCAD specialist

• ArchiCAD freelancer(s) • INTERIORS DESIGN Very important : I look for a LONG TERM business partnership to develop different projects on ArchiCAD such as : 1 hotel in India, 1 hotel in France, 1 entertaining venue in Turkey, 1 entertaining venue in Australia and new projects coming soon. I am looking for an ArchiCAD specialist who can assist me with 3D modeling and 2D drawings tasks. Specifically, I need help with developing different ArchiCAD INTERIORS PROJECTS based on my instructions and materials such as: - Existing dwg drawings (Architectural background plans and sections for reference) - Rough hand sketches (Floor layouts, Skirting, wall panelings, moldings, ceilings volumes...) - External 3D objects (furniture, joineries, lightings...) The freelancer will be in charge of the following tasks on ArchiCAD: - Modeling empty "box" (Main architectural structure) at the beginning of the project - Adding step by step all the interior design components - Adding FF&E (produced by other members of the team) - Preparing all documentations : Floor plans, RCP, electrical layout, FF&E layout, interior elevations, detailed drawings - Interesting but not mandatory : The freelancer could also be in charge of renderings production based on ArchiCAD models/scenes developed together. Ideal skills and experience for this job include: - Proficiency in ArchiCAD - Strong 3D modeling skills - Ability to work independently and follow instructions - Attention to detail - Experience with architectural design and coordination Regarding remuneration, we will discuss flat fees for each projects and sections of projects based on the surfaces. Here is an example of a 240 sqm Hotel Lobby development that could be split in different milestones : 1 - Initial architectural modeling (based on dwg architectural drawings attached to this post) 2 - General layout development (Zoning, guests circulations, staff routes, partition walls, MEP voids, openings and doors, decorative columns…) (based on hand sketches, mood-boards, diagram / zoning) 3 - Wall layout (skirting, molding, panels, corniches all based on hand sketches or image references…) 4 - RCP 5 - Import of joineries and loose furniture (2D drawings & 3D models provided by other members of the team) 6 - Import of decorative lighting (2D drawings & 3D models provided by other members of the team) 7 - Preparation of all 2D documentations (need to be shared in dwg format to clients, contractors, partners…) 8 - 2D documentations colored on Photoshop 9 - Preparation of scene for rendering 10 - Rendering production (Not a mandatory skill, this phase can be done by renders specialists / other freelancers) 11 - Details books to share with site supervisors, manufacturers etc If you have the necessary skills please share some works produced on ArchiCAD so I can check it fits our level of expectation. Ideally, I would like to receive a demo file (ArchiCAD Archive Project) or any pdf substantial documents. Then, feel free to propose an estimate based on this hotel lobby example so we can discuss then go ahead… I would be please to start working with new freelancers on our exiting projects!
