I have Vtiger open source 7.3 with customer portal. 1. In portal, after login it redirects to home page. I want to redirect to Service Module. 2. In help desk there is the option to select the status of of tickets that I want to show. I want to have the same option in service module. By default I want to set one of this status to show. 3. When I create a new service in portal module, the form shows me two columns. I want to display it in one column.

Hi we have a new VTiger install instance, we are experience strange cache like slowness. What we are experiencing is when we go to any lead detail it loads fast, and we can navigate to any other id and it will stay fast but if we open the list view, then all other leads will load slow from then on and we have to log out and back in to fix it. On futher investigation, it appears that Vtiger is running the SQL statement from the List view even when we are on the detail view page which is the reason for the slowness.
