Our Prestashop store has 2 errors that we want to correct. 1 - Sometimes when customers are buying, they add the product to the shopping cart and when they go to step No. 2 of the purchase where they must add their address and shipping information, the shopping cart is automatically emptied and that causes customers do not continue with the purchase process. 2 - Does not allow modifying product categories or creating new categories. Hi, I created Prestashop website , however there are issues with timeout taking time to load products and general issues not major but annoying sometimes when customers place an order they do not receive emails to confirm order placed. The website is hosted with interserver on VPS platform with Webuzo Control Panel. I am considering creating a totally new user friendly responsive website with social media and to be able to load and amend change products quickly.
