You will need to have node.js and git installed in order to run 'bower install' for dependencies and 'grunt serve' for testing and 'grunt' to build production dist directory. Requirements: 1) Must work on IE9, IE10, IE11. 2) Must have documentation explaining what changes were made in order to fix. 3) Must be able to successfully run 'grunt' and prove working app contained in dist directory.
