I have a Wordpress website and I need to create a Sandbox site for it on my local machine. I have tried this using XAMPP which is an Apache virtual server and then exporting my database and files from Wordpress and then importing them into XAMPP however I cannot get it to work. we have an online program which uses mysql databses. we also have it's replica offline on localhost and uses xampp to run that application offline. the problem here is when we enter some data in offline version, it needs to import back in online databse after deleting and when there is any update in online databse, we need to update the offline databse carefully. but in case we have a simulatneuos work on online as well as offline, the curent manual system fails. we want you to provide us a solution for this to make sure our both databses (online and offline) be in sync. plz make sure: we do not want to use online databse connection in our offline application, we jus want it to be replicated and updated, wherever update occurs, both databses(online/offline) must be in sync.
