I have also been promoted as an SME/RTA support in my last company. I usually do payroll, sending hourly and day-end reports. I also manage the production floor when there is no Team Leader or Supervisor around. I find it difficult at first when stepping out of my comfort zone, but after a month I can easily manage the tasks given to me. less
