Contest Brief

Hi,

UPDATE: We would like to see render with a new kitchen with kitchen island. See additional images for layout options.

We have bought a apartment in Almere, The Netherlands. The apartment has a total floor size off approx. 96M2. The apartment is located at the 16th floor and has a very impressive view over the city off Almere (sideview) and the water in front.

We would like to get interior design idea's / impressions for the hallway / Lobby, the kitchen and living area and the 2 bedrooms. The biggest bedroom will become the master bedroom obviously.

We like a modern and contemporary interior design that uses the full potential off the apartment floor space while being very chill to hang out.

The walls and ceilings are already plastered. We prefer keeping the current kitchen but are open to suggestions. We want to replace the current floor.

The apartment has a ''loggia'' which is a indoor balcony. We are open to remove the indoor balcony sliding doors so the space can be included with the living space as well. We are not sure about this so maybe your input can help us decide.

    Hi I have question.. in winter time (the coldest time of the year), how is your feeling about the temperature inside the room when you open the sliding door of indoor balcony? do you feel colder or the same? because if I want to remove the sliding door on the indoor balcony, I'm worry if you get cold in the winter time :-D
