Contest Brief

I'm an architect and builder, and I'm looking to create an interactive website for potential buyers for a specific project that involves 11 high-performance (super energy efficient) townhouses at 61 Pine Street, Attleboro MA. I have renderings and plans, and within a few days will also have a virtual model that potential buyers can "fly around and walk in" through any browser, and even put on VR headset with their phone and experience the project in Virtual Reality before it's complete. This link can be used as an EXAMPLE of what the 3D VR model will look like:
https://bostonab.sharepoint.com/:u:/g/EU4jmYVgQhNAsnKD1C0EpXgB4akX9JJk21PS9NlWyHr8eg?e=1O1pCc (a similar one is being produced for this project).
A part of the website should have a plan where a buyer can see some units "Sold", some units "Under Agreement" and other units available for purchase.
Another part of the site will have a "Features" section with details of how energy efficient the construction is, and special features of the house. The units will be built to meet "Passive House" standard - the principles are explained here:

Daniel J. I understand your comment about the 1-week time frame. The one week in my mind is for people to provide entries for the best ideas for the website, and I know it will take longer to complete the actual website. As far as the 3D integration, I assume if the files are prepared and ready, it won't take long to plug it in. Again, the 3D rendering and VR files will be prepared by others.

Hi Carmelo. I think I understand your comments. Here are my thoughts. I think a video file can be created that could start automatically when someone visits the website. That's different than the VR. The video would be something that I would do with the 3D consultant, meaning that we would have a specific "path" like someone approaching the building, the garage door opens up, they park, then the scene moves to their kitchen, etc. This is literally just a video, like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yNj7_0qVHfw

Carmelo, to continue my previous comment... The VR integration would be a different experience, where the user controls where they're going and where they're looking, like the previous link I had provided: http://www.archvision3d.com/pano/Villa_USA.html I don't know the technical details of what is required to make this integration. I will find out from the 3d Animation consultant and post it here. My hope is that the VR piece will include the small VR icon that someone can click on, put on their headset like "Google Cardboard" or "Google Daydream" and feel like they are at the property and looking around. By the way, so far your entry is the only one that shows you read and understood my contest description.

Can you convert that VR file into a video file so it could be easy to put on the homepage of the site. Or I can make a CTA that would link to that Virtual Reality wolk through? Just suggesting. Thanks.

This is the example of the VR integration I'm looking for: http://www.archvision3d.com/pano/Villa_USA.html However, this contest is only for the actual design and the development of the website, with some kind of coding integration to plug in the VR portion. I'm not asking for 3D modeling in this contest.

@daniel J. - I have designed the project in 3D using Autodesk Revit, and then I provide that model to a consultant who uses Autodesk 3DS Max to do the realistic rendering and provide the model which can be viewed in VR using Enscape. I do not yet have this VR file ready, but here's a link so you can get an idea of the integration I'm looking for:

All of these entries are from templates for real estate websites for people to search for homes. This project is for a SPECIFIC LOCATION as described in the contest, and with specific information on one property with 11 townhouses that I want to sell. I've provided some graphics already. I don't want to have templates for people to search for other property.

Hi! Do you know which software was used to create the VR demo you posted on the description? Btw, I believe that a single week is not enough to create a website with 3d interactivity. The site alone, probably, but to employ the 3d viz part may take longer.
