Contest Brief

I want to fix a broken down brick building on Main Street in my village. It is in disarray, Small, and shaped like a shoe box. I have roughly sketched a basic design but would like someone to help me make a more professional drawing to bring to the bank to receive funding. I love castles, French architecture. Only exterior required. I would need a drawing of storefront & side.

My artistic style is very magical, colorful, feminine, and I love anything princess. I want the building to look like a castle. I need drawings to be able to print out a design.

The buildings first floor (where you enter is street level), this is the level I want to focus the design on.. The floor below is actually the first floor (you’ll see what I mean In photos) but is not really accessible and you can't see it well.

If you're standing facing the front of the building, there is a bridge to your right hand side and rest of main st to the left.

I want to keep the building brick but put ornate details on it. I want the storefront to be a LANDMARK. I want people to come from miles just to see it! The side is facing traffic and would be wonderful for tasteful advertising/a beuatiful welcome to Main Street.

The size of the building is roughly 12 1/2 ' x 10 ' x 67 ' . Both the main floor and the basement . I am thinking the basement maybe a little shorter then a 10' ceiling height

Here are some photographs of the building in its current condition:

A few are of the actual building itself (gray brick)
1 is my drawing of it (hand sketch)
the rest are ideas for inspiration!

Employer Feedback

“Mark was extremely fast and efficiently. He clearly listened to all of my ideas and asked for clarity if he didn't. He was even able to scale the artwork to the actual cuts that were already in the building. I am extremely impressed with his professionalism and 3D design skill. The quality he provided was top notch. I asked for several changes and he was happy to do EACH and every single one of them! Thank you for an amazing experience, Mark! A+”

Hi, Matias - my funding source pushed up the deadline for this project and I needed to work fast. I was clear regarding choosing someone soon on this board that you failed to read... please take your rude comments elsewhere.

Syed, I LOVE that you created another level. However, If anyone where to go on the roof, it would become dangerous with the gap. I would love the "topper" more like Benjamin S.'s design. I like the outter castle pillars of Mark Anthony's drawing. I would like to see a balcony in front of Syed's building much like the lower entrance of Beniamin's. I would love if the person chosen could provide plans like Rene Juan Carlos did but also 3d like syed/Mark Anthony

hello maam regarding with the topper of Benjamin, if I incorporate it, it is not proportion, it is very big, since our fronting is very small, if you can see on my render model, It is feasible and proportion to the size of the fronting. I will remodel my design :)

Benjamin, I love what you did to the castle top however I would love to see a balcony in the center and those giant things to be taken off top. I love anything dainty!

Idk, but here the images are mostly little thumbnails. And Tiff is not recommendable to send preview images. Anyway, 2 of the images, 6 and 8 are about the building you're talking about. Can you send other pictures or the localization link in G maps?

Mark, the flowers are beautiful on the entrance however, the climate is not ideal for that. Maybe during the summertime the flowers would last up top but I don't want to attract dogs to pee on the front ones that are street level or for people to pick. I love what you did with the side but would like the top of the side more like Beingamin S. 's top. I like the front towers but would like something more girly and dainty.

Also, The entrance is tiny so it would work best is it was just one door instead of a French door opening up both ways
