Mohammed Shaaban is an associate lecturer, Civil Engineering department at Delta University for Science and Technology in Gamasa. His work falls primarily in the field of structural engineering. M. Shaaban obtained his bachelor in civil engineering from Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura university, with a grade of very good with honor in 2008. M. Shaaban obtained his Msc. in structural engineering from Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura university, with a thesis titled “Dynamic Analysis of Cable-Stayed Railway Bridges Due to Different Speeds" in 2015. Then he enrolled in Ph.D. program in structural engineering, faculty of engineering, Mansoura university. M. Shaaban’s current research interests are structural dynamics, finite element method, soil-structure interaction, suspension bridge, cable-stayed bridges, seismic design of buildings, and tall buildings.
