Hi there, My name is Grace Dela Cruz. I have been working in the BPO industry for more than four years and have a lot of experience when it comes to customer service. I am very patient and polite when it comes to my customers. I love it when I resolved their concern on the first call. I always do more of what is expected of me. I am currently working as a complaints case manager in one of the leading Telecommunications in Australia. I always meet our monthly KPI's. Part of my role is to do outbound call for cases created online that requires callbacks to resolve customer issue. I have so much respect for my superiors and always have an open mind when it comes to criticism.
