My job was to research the major companies operating in certain sectors (logistics and transport, social work, IT, marketing, etc.) trying to find out the respective directors and managers. These companies are contacted by the Manager and in case of staffing request, we start the search using the main job boards (CV Library, Jobsite, Monster, etc..), the database of the company or any other kind of source.
