I need someone to convert Adobe Illustrator mock ups into a CSS style sheet and HTML page templates.
There are 8 layouts that I need converted to templates. Once one is done, the others shouldn't be too difficult. I would like the site to be developed in Dreamweaver so I can make edits within Dreamweaver.

General layout requirements:
Use the same size fonts / elements and dimensions of the website as is laid out in the mock.
The code needs to be css and xhtml W3C valid and cross compatible with all the major browsers (including IE 6, 7 & 8, FireFox, Safari, Opera, Chrome, etc.).
The header, toolbar and bottom links need to be library items that when one is edited, it updates the entire site automatically.
The background image should not be the same size as the page. It should only be as big as needed to ensure fastest loading time possible. This image should repeat so that if the browser is opened very wide there is never blank space. The repeat should be seamless, like you can't tell it is repeating. There should not be a scroll bar on the bottom of the page if the entire image is not seen. Use the background on this website as an example: [url removed, login to view]
The entire header needs to be one image.
The main toolbar buttons should roll over with a red font color. All other text links should roll over with a red font color.
The following are specific notes for each page:
main - every red box needs to be an individual image.
aboutus - the area labeled "picture" needs to be an image and the text below it html, it is not one big picture.
ourwork - the area labeled "preview picture of work" needs to be an image and the text next to it html
services - self explanatory
services_v2 - self explanatory, three columns with the lines.
expage_v2 - When the picture is clicked, it should open a bigger picture of that picture but not in a separate window or tab, just the picture itself.
workpage - self explanatory
expage - self explanatory
After completion, I will need 30 days of support to troubleshoot any potential problems.
