I have a png file (a flyer) that I need to convert to 100% HTML and CSS. I need someone to work on this immediately and it should cost no more than $20. Interested peeps should be ready to do the job immediately and should send samples of similar jobs done. I will be able to immediately choose the best.
This is classical three column layout.
Comments and everything you need to know about spacing is in the layout image. Use background image and apply that into the final.
Note, that you don't need to do any menu or text - ONLY LAYOUT and background.
The resultant page should fit regular displays, but should be centered in case the user has wide screen LCD display.
