Customisation of Flash/XML Globe

Hello,
I need some simple customisations made to a Flash element which I have acquired.
The element is a spinning globe in which Points-Of-Interest can be defined by XML. I have the files available and will send you a link via PM if you are interested and your bid is within my budget.
For this project, you will be required to:
1) Make Points-Of-Interest linkable with external URLs (currently clicking POIs only opens an internal box)
2) Change POI markers out for flag icons (approximately 25 in total)
You will receive the FLA files and need to export me a new SWF file as well as a sample XML showing how to embed URLs in the XML configuration file.
This should only take a couple of hours from an experienced Flash designer.
