Wordpress Site develop + speed up

The web site needs some issue to be fixed:
1- Checkout page error at order details, text in Spanish and needs to be in inglish, (I dont understand why gets Spanish , all the site is in inglish) please see picture attached
2- Fast load, clean everything that is not needed,
fix databases and files CCS and old media not used.
3-Erase all pages not in use
4- we need to reach good rate at page loading speed at google or Gtmetrix
Work needs to be done without damage any site functions, needs to be clean and fast.
I expect to have it done in lees than a week.
