Wordpress Login Page Issues

I have 3 sites that are down and they seem to have the same issue. For some reason the front pages are showing but the wp-admin page is not coming up unless you go to wp-login. Then when you login it does not show the dashboard, the screen go blank for all 3 sites. I need someone to bid on restoring all 3. The site files are on the server and the data is still there. I think the files were hacked.
