Wordpress Dashboard to Track Link-Building Orders

As a business owner, I need a customized WordPress dashboard to track the progress of my link-building orders. This dashboard will integrate with my site WordPress platform and will allow me and my clients to monitor the progress of my link-building orders.
It will provide me with an overview of the status of each order, as well as details on the number of orders, order details, and detailed information about the link-building progress for each order, the clients will see the links that I'm creating for them and there should be added buttons so they can see that the links are indexed, then click the button should go to Google with "......link......." and search for that link.
In this dashboard, I will have to add the client name, website and once is added I should be able to share this specific dashboard Ive created for him with the client similar to tracking orders with the help of a Google spreadsheet. Hope its make sense.
Furthermore, the dashboard will enable me to keep an eye on any changes or updates to the orders, help me stay organized, and better manage my link-building marketing agency.
